Report a security concern
Last updated: October 24, 2026
If you suspect a vulnerability in an RGBIQ app or website, contact us privately so we can investigate.
Contact the founder
Email support@rgbiq.com with the subject Security report. RGBIQ is operated by RGB Brands LLC, and its founder is responsible for handling security reports.
Include the product name, affected version or URL, what happened, expected behavior and reproducible steps using your own test data. Describe the potential impact. Leave out passwords, API tokens, personal customer data and full production exports. If sensitive evidence is necessary, ask us to arrange an appropriate transfer method first.
Help us investigate safely
Use accounts and systems you are authorized to test. Do not access another customer's data, interrupt services, perform load or denial-of-service testing, or change or delete data to demonstrate an issue. Stop and contact us if you encounter information you are not entitled to access.
This page provides a reporting channel; it does not grant permission for security testing or promise a bounty. Please coordinate disclosure with us and avoid including exploit details in public support posts while an issue is being investigated.
App security and privacy
RGBIQ Release Views for Jira reads Jira content in the signed-in user's context and checks saved-view permissions in the backend. Its current configuration uses Atlassian Forge storage without sending Jira report data to an external RGBIQ service. Authorized exports and user-submitted support messages are handled separately.
